Jay Cagney DIG Shine Time

I met Jay Cagney a little over a year ago. He goes to school in the NYC down the block from my school. Hes definitely a good dude and if he didnt shoot, he'd still be out there riding. He ended up coming out and cruising with us. He was able to use some photos he shot for school projects and such.
